The project titled “Digital Finance for Rural India: Creating Awareness and Access through CSC’s aims to enable the CSCs to become Digital Financial hubs, by hosting awareness sessions on government policies and digital finance options available for rural citizens as well as enabling various mechanisms of digital financial services such as such as IMPS, UPI, Bank PoS machines etc.

MJDY is a National Mission on Financial Inclusion encompassing an integrated approach to bring about comprehensive financial inclusion of all the households in the country. The plan envisages universal access to banking facilities with at least one basic banking account for every household, financial literacy, access to credit, insurance and pension facility.

CSC-SPV has collaborated with National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) to launch Aadhaar Enabled payment System (AePS) at all CSC locations across the country. This system is based on demographic and biometric/iris information of an individual, which eliminates the threat of any fraud and non-genuine activity

RAP’s can help customers for making changes & Register Claim against their policies.

By becoming a Rural Authorized Person (RAP), you would be able to sell Insurance products through Digital Seva portal. To become a RAP VLE has to complete the RAP training modules and pass in RAP exam conducted by NIELIT.

A licensed RAP can sell the various types of insurance through Digital Seva, like, life insurance, Cattle Insurance and crop Insurance

A VLE can make premium payment of their Life Insurance policies of any of the company listed on the Portal.

The E-District projects intend to provide Government services to citizens through Common Service Centers (CSC) which are easily accessible. Services from different departments are brought under one umbrella at any CSC.

To improve voter enrolment in Elections, the Election Commission of India has partnered with CSC SPV for delivery of various Electoral Registration Services through CSCs.
